Compensation: $20.00 - $32.00/hour to start DOE - 40 hours a week, Full Medical after 90 Days, PTO

We are a family owned vinyl sign shop is currently seeking a full-time Vinyl Wrap Installer(s). This is a great job for someone who is looking to work in a small business and know you’re making a difference.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this position you will be responsible for installing wraps on cars, boats, equipment, just about anything. Some jobs are small, and some jobs are wrapping an entire 60' boat. You will work directly with customers so you must enjoy talking to a variety of people and be able to manage your time to get jobs completed. You must also have an eye for accuracy, be efficient with your time, and must be able to "do whatever it takes to get the job done". You need to be ok with working in hot and cold conditions outside and around water. Oppertunity for overtime in the warmer months.

HIRING DESIGNERS (All Positions Are Full At This Time)

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00/hour to start DOE Full Time

We are a family-owned vinyl sign shop is currently seeking a full-time vinyl sign design and customer service position. This is a great job for someone who is looking to work in a small business and knows your making a difference. We are custom design & fabricators, so no two projects we produce are the same.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this position, you will be responsible for designing signs and graphics using our Flexisign design software. You will work directly with customers so you must enjoy talking to a variety of people and be able to manage your time to get jobs completed. You must also have an eye for design and be willing to listen to the customers and help with their layout and design requests. Previous experience in the sign industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or FlexiSign.
- Knowledge of boats as we do a lot of marine graphics.

Hiring Production Manager (All Positions Are Full At This Time)

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00/hour to start DOE Full Time (PTO & Full Medical after 90 Days)

We are a family-owned vinyl sign shop is currently seeking a full-time vinyl sign production manager. This is a great job for someone who is self-motivated, organized and has attention to detail with excellent communication skills. We specialize in custom design, so no two projects we produce are the same.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this position, you will be responsible for producing all orders coming through the shop. using our Flexisign design software. You will work directly with our in-house designers, ordering material, keeping inventory and prioritizing orders as they come in. You must also have an eye for detail and the ability to use a measuring tape. Previous experience in the sign industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
